How the extension operates
When you navigate to an employer's job application page, the Trustbase Job Copilot extension reads the page structure and identifies supported form fields. It then maps those fields to your TrustBase profile data—name, contact information, experience, skills, and education—and fills them accurately without requiring you to copy-paste from another document.
After you submit, the extension records the session—job title, employer, timestamp, and applied resume version—back to the CareerHub portal, giving your entire staffing team a shared view of application activity in real time.

Trustbase Job Copilot is built on Chrome Manifest V3—Google's current extension security standard. Permissions are scoped to the minimum required: the extension activates on the active tab when triggered, uses scripting to read and fill forms, and stores a session token in Chrome's extension storage. It does not read your browsing history, access other tabs, or transmit data to any third party outside TrustBase.

Receive your TrustBase invitation
A Trustbase administrator provisions your account and sends an invitation. Accept it to create your profile in the CareerHub portal.
Download the extension
Visit the extension download page in the CareerHub portal. Install Trustbase Job Copilot in Chrome (or a Chromium-based browser). The extension is distributed directly—not via the Chrome Web Store.
Sign in to the extension
Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar and sign in with your TrustBase credentials. The extension fetches your profile securely from the backend.
Open a job application
Navigate to an employer career site and open a job application form. The extension activates automatically and offers to fill supported fields.
Review and submit
Review every filled field before submitting. The extension records the session to CareerHub automatically once you mark the application complete.
