High-volume technical hiring creates repetitive work: the same candidate profile re-entered across many employer ATS forms, resume files re-uploaded, and interview loops coordinated across email threads and calendars. Trustbase CareerHub keeps that entire workflow inside a controlled TrustBase environment.
Trustbase CareerHub combines the Trustbase Job Copilot Chrome extension with TrustBase web portals so authorized staffing coordinators can move faster through high-volume job applications. On employer career sites, the extension helps complete application forms using profile and resume data already stored in TrustBase. Inside the portal, teams review application activity and—when Google is connected—manage interview-related email and calendar events without switching tools.
Operated by Trustbase LLC and identified on the Google OAuth consent screen by name.
A TrustBase administrator provisions a user. The user signs in to the profile portal tied to their organization and role.
Download and install the Trustbase Job Copilot Chrome extension from the CareerHub portal, then sign in so the extension can read your TrustBase profile.
On a job application page, the extension reads the posting, fills supported fields, attaches the right resume, and records the session for team follow-up.
If interview coordination is enabled, connect Google. Trustbase CareerHub uses Gmail for interview-related messages and Google Calendar for interview events—nothing else.
Schedulers and teammates with the right roles continue hiring follow-up inside TrustBase while the user remains free to disconnect Google at any time.
When an authorized user connects Google, Trustbase CareerHub receives OAuth tokens and limited API access required for interview workflows. This connection is designed around hiring coordination after applications are submitted—not reading unrelated Google products.
Trustbase CareerHub can read and send messages used in application and interview follow-up, and update message state so inboxes stay workable for schedulers.
Trustbase CareerHub can read calendar data needed for scheduling and create or update interview-related events.
We do not request Google Drive or other unrelated Google product scopes. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Users can disconnect Google inside Trustbase CareerHub or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Powered by the Trustbase Job Copilot extension—the same application named on the Google OAuth consent screen.
Use the Chrome extension on employer sites to fill supported fields from a TrustBase profile and attach the right resume—automatically.
Maintain identity, experience, and documents that feed apply sessions—limited to authorized accounts within your organization.
Record where applications went so teams can prioritize follow-ups instead of reconstructing history from memory or email.
With Gmail connected, coordinate interview and application messages inside TrustBase workflows—no context switching.
With Calendar connected, create and update interview events tied directly to hiring activity and candidate pipelines.
Google OAuth scopes stay limited to Gmail and Calendar. Connections are entirely optional and revocable at any time.
Google requires an application homepage that identifies the app, describes its functionality, explains Google data use, and links to a privacy policy on the same domain.
